While KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Province are enjoying their fourth round bye, Border made the most of the windy conditions at the Fish River Sun Resort to take the lead against Free State and hold Mpumalanga to a draw in the foursomes the 56th South African Inter-Provincial Championship, sponsored by Tempest. Free State got the early edge on Free State and the foursomes between North West and Limpopo ended in a draw.
