Les Rule, President of Ladies Golf Gauteng announced today that their new website was launched today.
Anneke Lohbauer wins Sanlam Cancer Challenge Final
Paarl Golf Club's Anneke Lohbauer topped the women's prizes when she was both the A Division and also the overall Women's Champion at the Sanlam Cancer Challenge Final played at San Lameer Golf Club last weekend. Nandi Scorer, Sanlam's Head Group Marketing hands Anneke her the trophy.

Monique Smit claims 54 hole Gus Ackerman Stroke Play Title
Playing in only her third championship this year Oubaai’s Monique Smit carded a three over par total 219, with rounds of 71, 72 & 76 to claim victory in the 29th 54 Hole Gus, Raymond & Jonathan Ackerman Championships played at Mowbray Golf Club 17-18 October 2009.
Kim picks up the double at Nomads Boland Championships
Top ranked Kim Williams pulled off the double at the Nomads Boland Championships which was played at Kuilsriver golf course this week. In the strokeplay event which was reduced to 27 holes due to inclement weather, she carded 106, three strokes ahead of KZN's Johmari Logtenberg on 109 and Lumien Orton (Free State) on 110. On Wednesday she claimed the match play title with a 4/3 victory over Lumien Orton.
Southern African Hall of Fame to be launched at Oubaai in December
The Sid Brews Golf Heritage Trust (Trustees - South African Golf Association, Women’s Golf South Africa, Sir Rupert Gull, Dorian Wharton-Hood, Harry Brews, and Barry Cohen) will launch the Southern Africa Golf Hall of Fame on Wednesday, 23 December 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Oubaai - Golf Estate & Spa.
