The global R&A-led Women in Golf Charter initiative calls on the golf industry to create a culture where women are valued, welcomed, and empowered across every aspect of the sport with the goal of increasing the number of women and girls playing and working in golf, and building an environment where everyone feels they belong. More than 1,300 organisations worldwide have now signed the Women in Golf Charter, collectively working to break down barriers and build a sport where everyone can thrive. GolfRSA is proud to be a signatory to The Women in Golf Charter led by The R&A and pledges to support the charter through its strategic objectives.
